Our Shared Commitment
We work hard to ensure that every visit is positive and comfortable for pets, families, and our team. To help us achieve this together, we kindly ask that clients:
Treat our team members and other clients with the same respect and courtesy that we promise to provide.
Keep pets leashed or safely in carriers while at the clinic.
Share any concerns or questions directly with our team so we can help.
Follow any safety requests - such as leashing your pet or using pre-visit medications recommended for your pet’s comfort.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
To protect our team and clients, VADER Clinic maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy. We do not tolerate:
Verbal abuse, profanity, or disrespect directed at staff or others
Harassment, intimidation, or threatening language
Behavior that disrupts care or creates an unsafe environment
If these expectations are not met, we reserve the right to discontinue services to maintain a safe, respectful clinic for all.
